Tierrasanta sits in the hills bordering Mission Trails Regional Park, and nearly all of its homes went up in one stretch, the 1970s through the 1990s. That means original ranch and split-level layouts are still common, and a lot of our work here is about opening up a kitchen that was built to an older idea of how the room should function.
